What PoolSleuth does
PoolSleuth uses artificial intelligence to identify pool and spa parts from a photo and to suggest possible replacements and information. These results are automated suggestions, not professional advice, and they are not guaranteed to be accurate. Always verify a part with its model number and a qualified professional or supplier before buying or installing anything.
Finding a part near you
If you submit a request to find a part near you, you are asking us to help locate it and to contact you about it. Providing contact information is optional. We do not guarantee that any particular part can be found, sourced, or fulfilled.
Text messages
If you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from PoolSleuth about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
No warranty and limitation of liability
PoolSleuth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoolSleuth LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including any decision made or part purchased based on its suggestions.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PoolSleuth after a change means you accept the updated terms.
